Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2–3 years of experience in responsive web design. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and at least one modern JavaScript-based frontend framework. You will work closely with developers and project managers to design, improve, and maintain websites and web applications with a focus on usability and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive, mobile-first web pages and user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (like Livewire, Alpine.js, Vue, React or any other technology).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency during implementation.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools into pixel-perfect front-end code.
- Optimize UI/UX for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Work with project teams to understand design requirements and user needs.
- Maintain and improve existing UI components and layouts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve front-end issues.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and basic knowledge of a frontend framework (like Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js).
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for UI/UX.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of version control using Git.
- Experience working in Laravel or similar backend environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO .
- Familiarity with animations using CSS or libraries like AOS.js or GSAP.
- Exposure to CMS platforms or web application dashboards like Wordpress, Wix etc.
Hiring Process:
